Pros:	Excellent fit, comfortable to hold, good colors
Cons:	Taking it off can be a drag

I purchased the Innocase after I noticed some minor scratches on the edge of my Moto Droid. It was simple and easy to dress and its been a wonderful protector of the phone. The ONLY problem I have is the fact that removing the case can be a real hassle.

Pros:	back piece great online chat service even better
Cons:	front piece/bevel doesnt fit

after first case front piece didnt fit, i used online chat support and was offered a replacemenet within minutes. despite the promise that the replacement would be tested before being mailed, it also wouldnt stay on the front/screen portion of the phone. wondered if it were my phone, but per the other review, obviously not. disappointed because the back (which i will continue to use) is excellent.

Upper part wont work

Cons:	wish the top snapped in

after over an hour on the web looking for help, Im waving the white flag.
the top just wont snap into place...and obviously, others have this problem too.
$30 down the drain.
