They could have done much better

Pros:	Incoming calls sound great
Cons:	Transmitting calls to others worse in the industry in high noise levels

I love the text message and caller read outs etc but in high noise levels this this headset is the worst that was ever built. It reminds me of those $20.00 headsets ya see at the flea market.
Just wait there will not be another update issued but instead they will market another headset I havent been wrong yet because I have been keeping an eye on the manufacturer and like clockwork he does just the opposite of what he claims is possible with these headsets.
I have the V1 the T1 the Q1 and the Q2 and in the V1, T1 and Q1 were there any updates issued and that was only 1 time to my knowledge for each headset.
I have phoned them several times about the crackle and background noises are still present in all the headsets.
See I drive a truck and have let them listen in on the noise and they have I cannot hear you call us back later from a better location and or phone and so they know but they have refused to fix the problem only told that we will send you another headset after you send us the form back.
It has been too much for me to bear and so I will buy a different brand these guys are a joke!
